COMPLETE HALF DAY EXCURSION ON ETNA IN COMFORTABLE JEEP OR MINIVAN 4×4 AND TREKKING with volcanological guide
Departure of the excursion on Etna aboard comfortable 4×4 vehicles authorized to visit the most important, active and natural areas of Etna.
We will leave aboard the 4×4 vehicles, towards Etna north-east and we will reach the Etna park, here after a trekking suitable for everyone, we will visit 5 side craters, one of which is still open.
In this area all types of lava, minerals, volcanic desert and pioneer plants of the Etna Volcano will be observed.
After visiting the high altitude craters, aboard the jeep, you will do 2 km off road to discover the last big eruption, that destroyed the north side of Etna, finally on the east side you will visit the small craters inside (CAVE), and a volcanic fracture.
The visit will be carried out in areas of volcanological and scientific interest up to the authorized quotas based on the volcanic activity.
